Brillman's Rental Barn is a 2nd Generation Strong Upscale Party Rental Barn. We rent everything to make your special event spectacular. We offer a wide range of items from very casual, to very formal, from classic to modern and chic. From the moment you & your guest enter our tree-lined drive, you will begin to view our beautifully manicured grounds. O.Y.R. offers private setting, nestled in the heart of Montgomery County & away from the noise of the busy roads & traffic. Our private club, which is available to the public for wedding receptions sits on 128 acres.

We can accommodate wedding receptions up to approximately 450 people. We have all in house catering as well as in house bakery.

Limerick Golf Club provides a perfect and peaceful backdrop for any special event. Our banquet facility, The Loft, has a twenty-eight foot high, open beam ceiling with Tudor accents. It features a wrap-around deck as well as large floor to ceiling windows overlooking our beautifully maintained Golf Course. This unique setting combines old-fashioned elegance and charm with up-to-date conveniences.
